Personally came before me, one of the Aldermen of the City of Philadelphia and ex officio a Justice of the Peace, in and for said City and County the following named persons, viz: George Getz [sic] and David Farrell who upon their solemn Oaths did say, that they, at the request of William Read Executor of Francis Read deceased "well and truly, and without prejudice or partiality, value and appraise the Goods and Chattels and Credits," which were of the Said Francis Read deceased, "and in all respects perform their duties as appraisers to the best of their skill and judgment."
