Will of Michael Seiwell In the name of God Amen I Mikell Sivell of Hanover Township in the county of Philadelphia being weak in body butt of Sound Memory and Undest. Blessed be God thearefore Calling to mind the Mortality of my Body and knowing that it is appointed for all Men Once to Dy first and principally I recommend my Body to be Buried after a Christain like and Dacent maner by my Executors hear after named, and my Soul into the Hands of God that gave-hoping through the Mearits of dear Redamer Christe Jeasus to recave it again with the pardon of my Sins, do this Twenty Second day of July in the year of our Lord Anno Domini 1763 mak and Publish this to be my last Will and Testament in Manner following, that is to Say I will and Order that my Just Debts and funeral Charges shall be paid as soon as Conveniantly can be after my Decas Itam I do give unto my Son Valentn Seiwell the Plantation whareon I now livs Containing One Hundred and Forty One Acres of land and all the Appurtinances thearunto belonging, to use till and enjoy and keep the Profit arising from the Said Plantation Item I do will and Order that my well loved wife shall have one room in my House during her natural life. Itam I do will that my son Valentine Seiwell shall provide and find for his Mother Otilia nine Bushells Rei flower and three Bushells of What flower Yearly and every year during her natural Life Itam I do will and order that my Son Valentine shall pay unto my well beloved Wife Otilia the sum of five Pounds Corent Lawful Money yearly and every Year during her Natural life. Itam I do will and order that my Son shall provide on fat Hog for his Mother yearly and every Year during her Natural life Itam I do will and order that my Son Valentine Seivell keep one Cow and two Sheep for my well beloved Wife during her natural Life and shall provide for her as much firewood she shall have Occation for during her life Itam I do will and order that if my well beloved Wif Cant agree with my Son so as to live with him I do will and order my Son Valentine Seiwell to pay to his Mother the Sum of Ten Pounds Corent Lawful money yearly and every year during her life. Itam I do give unto my aforesaid Son Valentine after the decas of my wife the above de cribed Planation and all my parsonal Estate to him his Hairs and Assigns forever Itam I do will and order that my Son Valentine shall pay unto my Son in Law Adam Bemer the Sum of Twenty three Pounds Corent money. Itam I do give unto my Sonin Law Philip Bemer one Shilling Starlin, Itam I do give unto my Sonin Law John Rafsnider One Shilling Starlin Itam I do Constitute and appoint my well beloved wife Otillia and my Son Valentine Siwell Executors of this my last will and Testement In Witness where of I the said Mikell Sewell have to this my last will and Testement Set my Hand and Seal the day and year first above written. Andrew Ortlib Jacob Crouse Philadelphia June 23, 1766 Then personally appeared Andrew Ortlib and Jacob Crouse the Witnesses to the foregoing Will and an Oath did declare they Saw and heard Michael Seiwell the Testator therein named Sign Seal - Publish and declare the same Will for and as his Last Will and Testament and that at the doing thereof he was of Sound Mind Memory and Understanding to the best of their knowledge.
