I John William of the Township of Montgomery in the County of Philadelphia and ___ Province of Pensylvania yeoman being weak of Body but of a sound and disposing Mind and Memory praises to God for it Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as followeth first and foremost my will and mind is that all my just Debts and funeral expences be all paid and discharged Imprimis I nominate constitute and appoint my well beloved wife Catherine and my son William Williams and my son Theophilus Williams and my son in law Hugh Foulk to be joynt Executors of this my last Will and Testament Imprimis I give the sum of ten pounds of Current money to Gwynedd preparative Meeting for them to dispose the Interest thereof amongst the poor as they think meet I give and bequeath to my well beloved Wife Catherine one half of my whole estate both real and personal after the forementioned Debts and Legacies be paid Item I give to my son William Williams the sum of one hundred pounds current money of Pensylvania Item I give to my son Theophilus William the sum of one hundred pounds current money as aforsaid Item I give to my Daughter Ann Foulk the sum of one hundred pounds current money as afs Item my Will that the residue and remainder part of the one half of my Estate shall be divided in three equal shares as followeth Vis One third to be equally divided between the Children of my son William to be paid unto them as they sevarally attain to the age of one and twenty years share and share alike and my son William is to have the Interest thereof until the Children attain to that age Item I give one third to be equally divided betwen the Children of my son Theophilus as they severally attain to the age of one and twenty years share and share alike and their Father is to have the Interest of their money until they attain to that age Item I give the other third and last share to be equally divided between the children of my Daughter Ann Foulk to be paid unto them likewise when they attain severally to the age of one and twenty years share and share alike and their Father is to have the Interest thereof until they do severally attain to that age Item I nominate and appoint my friends Cadwalader Evan and George Lewis John Jones & William Morgan to be overseers of this my Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand & seal the five and twentyeth Day of the fourth month In the year of our Lord one thousand seven Hundred & thirty five John William his mark seal signed sealed published and Declared by the Testator John William to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us William Morgan John Jones Philad August 2, 1736 Then personally appeared William Morgan & John Jones the Witnessos to the within written Will and on their solemn affirmation according to Law did declare they saw and heard John William the Testator sign seal publish and Declare the same Will to be his last Will and Testament and that at the doing thereof he was of sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge Coriam PuEvansRegled [sp?] Be it Remembered that on the Second day of August 1736 the last Will and Testament of John William Deced was proved in one form of Law and probate and Letters Testamontary were granted to Catherine Williams, William Williams, Theophilus Williams and Hugh Foulk Executors therein named having first solemnly affirmed well and truly to aominister the said Deed Estate and bring an Inventory This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/pafiles/ File size: 5.1 Kb
