First it is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied and it is my will that my beloved Aunts Jane and Barbara Winnemore shall be paid and compensated for my board, washing and nursing out of my claim on my father's estate or any interest or share which I have or may be entitled to out of the said estate: Item: I give, devise and bequeath to my said Aunts Jane and Barbara Winnemore, my clothing to be equally divided between them or otherwise disposed of by them as they may think proper. And I also give, devise and bequeath to my said Aunts my accordion. Item: I give, devise and bequeath to my dear sister Mary Brady her heirs and assigns all the rest, residue and remainder of my said claim, share, purport and interest on, in and of the said Estate of my said father. Item. I give devise and bequeath to my said Aunts Jane and Barbara Winnemore, their heirs and assigns as tenants in common and of equal , all my rights, title and interest of in and to the Estate of my Grandfather Jacob Winnemore, deceased in any shares purport or proportion thereof to which I am or may be entitled. And to the rest residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal not hereinbefore devised I do hereby give devise and bequeath the same to my Sister Margaret Brady, her heirs and assigns in fee simple. Lastly, I do nominate, institute, and appoint Charles Thomson Jones of the County of Philadelphia, Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Philadelphia the 9th day of July AD 1840. Signed, Sealed, published and declared by the above named Jane Winnemore Jane Winnemore (seal) a and for her last Will and testament in the presence of us, who at her instance and request and in presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto the word "to" having been first erased in the 16th line and an alteration first made in the 12th line. I do swear that as the Executor of the foregoing last Will and Testament of Jane Winnemore, deceased, I will well and truly administer the Goods and Chattels, rights and credits of said deceased agreeably to law and that I will comply with the provisions of the law relating to Collateral Inheritance.
