  WHITE - J. Laurence White, 70, of Harrison Valley, PA, RD, died Saturday, Sept.
  27, 1975 in the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport, PA, where he had
  been a patient for one day. He was born April 6, 1905 in Troupsburg, NY, the
  son of James and Jennie Sweet White. He was married in Coudersport Oct. 20,
  1928 to the former Emma Church who survives. Mr. White was a retired farmer. He
  was a member of the Harrison Valley Federated Church and Victoria Grange #1193
  of North Fork, PA. He is also survived by his brother, Howard White of Harrison
  Valley RD; several nieces and nephews. Funeral was held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the
  Koch Funeral Home, Ulysses, with the Rev. Lewis Starkweather of East Smethport
  and the Rev. Jerry Dozier, pastor of the Harrison Valley Federated Church,
  officiating. Burial was in Ulysses Cemetery.
