     The cemetery is located directly north of
Annunciation BVM Cemetery in Butler Township's Englewood section.  It is
currently maintained by St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church.  There is
no deed of record, but the organization Lietuvos D.K. Vytauto Draugytes of
Gilberton, PA. was chartered on March 15, 1915 with the following charter
members:
