This Indenture, Made the Twenty Third day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy three between Jacob Hinkle of the Township of Barry in the County of Schuylkill and the State of Pennsylvania and Susannah his wife of the first part and Adam Hinkle of the Borough of Minersville, County and State aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part, for and consideration of the Sum of Eighteen Hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them will and surely paid by the said the party of the second part, at and... the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged. Have granted bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoff, released and confirmed and by these presents due grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his Heirs and Assigns, All that certain lot or Piece of Ground Situate in the Borough of Minersville in the County of Schuylkill and State of Pennsylvania. Bounded and described as follows to wit: Beginning at a stake on the west side of Second Street, at the distance of two hundred and ten feet, Northwardly from the Northwardly line of Twin Street, thence Westwardly and parallel with Twin Street One Hundred ninety feet, thence Northwardly and parallel with Second Street thirty feet, thence Eastwardly and parallel with Twin Street, one hundred and ninety feet to Second Street thence Southwardly along Second Street thirty feet to the place of Beginning, with the Appurtenances consisting of a two story frame Dwelling house, and a One half story frame back building attached and frame Carpenter Shop. Together with all and singular the Buildings Improvements, Ways Waters, Water-courses, Rights, Liberties Privileges, Hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever thereinso belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the Reversions and Remainders, Rents, Issues and Profits thereof, and all the estate right, title interest property claim, and demand whatsoever of their, the said party of the first part, in law, equity, or otherwise howsoever, of, in and to the same, and every part thereof. To have and to hold the said Lot or piece of ground, hereditaments and Premises hereby granted, or mentioned and indented so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said the party of the second part his Heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said the party of the second part his Heirs and Assigns, forever. Sealed and Delivered Jacob Hinkel In the presents of us: Susannah Hinkel Paul Neugart X Received the day of the date of the foregoing Indenture of the said the party of the second part herein named the sum of Eighteen hundred Dollars the consideration money in full, Witness Present at signing Jacob Hinkel Susannah Hinkel Paul Neugart X On the twenty third day of January Anno Domini 1873, before me a Justice of the Peace in and for Schuylkill County, personally appeared the above named Jacob Hinkle and Susannah his wife and in due form of law acknowledge the foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed, and desired that the same might be recorded as such, and the said Susannah Hinkel being of full age and separate and apart from her said husband by me thereon privately examined and the full consents of the foregoing Deed being by me first made known unto her did thereupon declare and say that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord sign, seal, and as her act and deed deliver the above Indenture Deed of conveyance, without any coercion compulsion of her said husband.
