Know all men by these presents that Catharine Klinger the grantor within named for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred and fifteen (615) dollars to her in hand paid by Ludwig Hinkle and his wife Johanna Hinkle of the Borough of Minersville, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania at and before the ensealing and delivery thereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, assigned and set over unto the Ludwig Hinkle and his wife Johanna Hinkle their heirs and assigns all the within mentioned messuage, tenement and lot described as follows to wit: Beginning thirty (30) feet Southwardly of South Street in the Eastern line of third street, thence Eastwardly and parallel with South Street thence Southwardly along Water Street thirty (30) feet thence Westwardly and parallel with South Street one hundred (100) feet to Third Street thence Northwardly along Third Street thirty (30) feet to the place of beginning being the same premises which Samuel Kauffman and his Maria by the within written Indenture dated eleventh July 1837 and recorded in Deed Book No 53 page 363 and granted and conveyed unto the said Catharine Klinger her heir and assigns. Together with all and singular the right members and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders unto and Profits, thereof. To have and to hold the said messuage tenement and lot of ground hereby assigned as mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Ludwig Hinkle and Johanna Hinkle his wife their heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Ludwig Hinkle and Johanna Hinkle his wife their heirs and assigns forever. And the said Catharine Klinger and her heirs the said hereby granted and assigned premises with the appurtenances unto the said Ludwig Hinkle and Johanna Hinkle his wife their heirs and assigns against the said Catharine Klinger and her heirs and agamit all and every person or persons whatsoever lawfully claiming and to claim by from or under her, them or any of them shall and will warrant and forever Defend by the presents. In witness whereof the said parties of these presents have hereunto set their hands and seals this eighth day of July one thousand eight hundred and sixty four.
