This indenture made the fifteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy three between William Z. Kehler and Sarah his wife of Taylorsville Barry Township Schuylkill County and state of Pennsylvania and Jacob Hinkle of... County and state aforesaid of the other part. Witnessth that the said William Z. Kehler and Sarah his wife for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them will and truly paid for by the said Jacob Hinkle at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged granted bargained sold aliened in enfeoffed released and confirmed by these presents due grant bargain sell aliened enfeoff release and confirm unto the said Jacob Hinkle his heirs and assigns: All that certain tract of land situate in Eldred Township Schuylkill County. Bounded and described as follows to wit: beginning at a stone near a chestnut oak fence south four and a half degrees west fifty-eight and 5/10 perches to a stone by land Frank Kehler thence south eighty-three degrees west eighty-one and 5/10 perches to a stone by land of John Eisenhart thence by land of Peter Dool thence north eighty-five degrees east ninety-three perches to a stone the place of beginning containing thirty-two acres and sixty-five perches strict measure. Together with all and singular the ways waters water-courses rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging... in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profiles thereof; and all the estate, right title interest property claims and demand whatsoever of William Z. Kehler and Sarah his wife in... equity or otherwise howsoever of in and to the same and every part thereof. To have and to hold the said thirty-two acres and sixty-five perches of land hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and indented so to be with appurtenances unto the said Jacob Hinkle his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Jacob Hinkle his heirs and assigns forever. And the said William Z. Kehler and Sarah his wife their heirs executors and administrators due by these present covenant grant and agree to and with the said Jacob Hinkle his heirs and assigns that they the said William Z. Kehler and Sarah his wife their heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Jacob Hinkle his heirs and assigns against them the said William Z. Kehler his heirs and against all and everyother Person or Persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the said or any part thereof. In Witness Whereof the said Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals dated the day and year above written. Kehler and Sarah his wife and in due form of law acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed and desired the same might be recorded as such: and the said Sarah being of full age and separate and apart from her said husband by me thereon privately examined and the full contents of the above Deed being by me first made known unto her did thereupon declare and say that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord sign seal and as her act and deed deliver the above written Indenture Deed or Conveyance without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
