To all to whom these presents shall come Jacob Hinkel of Barry Township, County of Schuylkill, State of PA, Susanna, his wife, son, Lorenz Schelle of the Borough of Minersville, County and State aforesaid and Dorethea, his wife, daughter, John Hinkel of Ashland, County and State aforesaid and Sarah, his wife, son, Adam Hinkel of Minersville, County and State aforesaid and Margaret, his wife, son, Henry Lochman, son-in-law, and husband and heir-at-law to the Estate of Margaret, his wife, deceased and Frederick Kline and Kate, his wife, a daughter of Margaret deceased, John Kisthardt and Elizabeth, his wife, a daughter of Margaret deceased, Walter Kleckner and Margaret, his wife, a daughter of Margaret deceased, who was a daughter and heir-at-law of Ludwig Hinkel and Jeanetta Hinkel (alias Johanna) deceased and who are the only heirs of the Estate of Ludwig Hinkel and Jeanetta Hinkel deceased, to the premises intended to be conveyed. Whereas by force and virtue of said recited indenture or of some other good conveyances or assurance in the law duly had and executed the said Ludwig Hinkel and Jeanetta Hinkel (alias Johanna) because in their life time lawfully seized in their demesne, as of fee, of and with a certain lot or piece of ground situate in the Borough of Minersville, in the County of Schuylkill, State of PA bounded and described as follows to wit: Beginning thirty feet southwardly from South Street in the eastern line of Third Street, thence eastwardly and parallel with South Street, one hundred feet to Water Street thence southward parallel with South Street, one hundred feet to Third Street thence along Third Street northwardly, thirty feet to the place of beginning and recorded in the office of recording of Deeds in Schuylkill County, in Deed Book No. 80, pg. 121 to reference thereunto had will more fully and at large appear with the appurtenances thereunto belonging and being thereof so seized, they died, intestate, leaving issues five children, three sons and two daughters to wit Jacob, John, Adam, Dorethea the wife of Lorenz Schelle and Margaret deceased, formerly the wife of Henry Lochman and who left heirs-at-law, to wit: Henry Lochman, her husband, Kate the wife of Frederick Kline, Elizabeth the wife of John Kisthardt and Margaret, the wife of Walter Kleckner to whom the name under the laws of Pennsylvania relating to intestates did descend and come. Now Know Ye: that the said Jacob Hinkel and Susanna his wife, Lorenz Schelle and Dorethea his wife, Adam Hinkel and Margaret, his wife, Henry Lochman, Frederick Kline and Kate, his wife, John Kisthardt and Elizabeth, his wife, and Walter Kleckner and Margaret, his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred and forty dollars to these hand paid by the said John Hinkel at and before the ensealing and delivery thereof the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and therefor acquit and forever discharge the said John Hinkel, his heirs, executors and administrators by these presents have and each and every of them hails remised, released and forever quit claimed and by these presents do and each and every of them doth remise, release and forever quit claim unto the said John Hinkel and to his heirs and assigns all the estate, right title, interest, property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Jacob Hinkel and Susanna his wife, Lorenz Schelle and Dorethea, his wife, Adam Hinkel and Margaret, his wife, Henry Lochman and Frederick Kline and Kate, his wife, John Kisthardt and Elizabeth, his wife, Walter Kleckner and Margaret, his wife, in ea....... equity or otherwise of unto or outof all that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the Borough of Minersville, in the County of Schuylkill, in the State of PA bounded and described as follows to wit: Beginning thirty feet southwardly from South Street in the eastern line of Third Street, thence eastwardly and parallel with South Street, one hundred feet to Water Street thence southward parallel with South Street, one hundred feet to Third Street thence along Third Street northwardly, thirty feet to the place of beginning. Together will all and singular other the buildings, improvements, rights, members and appurtenances whatsoever their unto hel......... or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof. To have and to hold all the singular the premises hereby reused and released or mentioned or intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said John Hinkel, his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and b........ of the said John Hinkel, his heirs and assigns forever. So that neither of the said Jacob Hinkel and Susanna his wife, Lorenz Schelle and Dorethea, his wife, Adam Hinkel and Margaret, his wife, Henry Lochman and Frederick Kline and Kate, his wife, John Kisthardt and Elizabeth, his wife, Walter Kleckner and Margaret, his wife nor their heirs nor any other person or persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by, from or under them or any of them shall or may at any time or times hereafter have claim, challenge or demand any estate, right title or interest of into or out of the said message to, hereditaments and premises hereto unused and released or mentioned or intended so to be, with the appurtenances or any part or parcel thereof, put these of and therefrom shall and will be utterly excluded and forever debarred by these presents. The said Dorethea, Susanna and Margaret being of full age and by me examined separate and apart from their husbands and the contents of the foregoing indenture being first made fully known to them, declare that they did voluntarily and of their own free will and accord, seal and as their act and deed deliver the same without any coercion or compulsion of their said husbands.
