Keyes Mar 17, 2005 Source: FHL film# 1405851 To all People to whom these presents shall come Whereas William Green of the Borough of Reading the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania Sendeth Greeting that the said William Green by virtue of sundry good conveyances and assurances in the law duly had and executed became lawfully seized of and in three certain adjoining tracts of land Contain ing in the whole One thousand five hundrd & thirty five acres besides the usual allowance of six pcent & situate in Schuylkill (late Brunswick) Township in the County of Berks aforesaid And Whereas the said William Green by his deed Poll dated the thirteenth day of February AD One thousand Eight hundred & seven did grant and convey Four hundred Seventy six acres Seventy four perches and the usual allowance of six pcent & part of the above recited One thousand five hundred and thirty five acres besides the usual allowan- ce of six pCent &c unto Joseph Webb of Schuylkill Township and Aaron Boen Jr of Brunswick Township County of State aforesaid & parties hereto in fee as in and by the respective deeds recorded in the Recording Office at Reading relation being thereunto had will appear Now Know Ye that the said Joseph Webb & Aaron Boen Jr for and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred & fifty pounds in gold and silver Money to them in hand paid by John Richards Peter Richards Frederick Gerssenhaimer Frederick Beitenman John Stonecker & Peter Bastriss of Schuylikll Township County of Berks aforesaid at and before the unsealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowle dge and thereof acquit and forever discharge the said John Richards, Peter Richards, Frederick Geisenhaimer Frederick Beitenman John Slonecker and Peter Bastrip their heirs and assigns All that Certain Tract of land situate in the township of Schuylkill aforesaid bounded and described as follows to wit Beginning at a stone South twenty degrees East four hundred and twelve perches to a fallen spruce thence by land surveyed but unknown to whom North seventy degrees East to a post a corner of Jacob Stahls land thence North Eighteen degrees West three hundred and seventy perches to a stone near a marked white oak a corner of late Joseph Webb and Aaron Boen Jr land now Jacob Stahls south seventy degrees west to the place of Beginning Containing two hundred & sixty three acres one hundred and forty seven perches & six ??? ??? of a perch being part of the above recited Four hundred & seventy ??? acres & seventy four perches Together with all and singular the buildings improvements rights members and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belong ing or in any wise appertaining and the reversions & remaiders rents issues and profits thereof To Have and to hold the said above described tract of Two hundred & sixty three acres one hundred & forty seven perches & six eights of a perch and the allowance aforesaid hereditaments & premises hereby gran- ted or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said John Richards Peter Richards Frederick Geisenheimer Frederick Beitenman John Sloneaker & Peter Bastrip (as tenants in common & not as joint tenants) their heirs & assigns forever subject to the residue of the purchase money interest & quit rents (if any) now due or to become due for the hereby granted premises to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the said Joseph Webb & Aaron Boen Jr and their heirs the said hereby granted premises unto the said John Richards, Peter Richards, Frederick Geisenheimer Fred- erick Beitenman John Sloneaker & Peter Bastrip their heirs and assigns respectively against them the said Joseph Webb & Aaron Boen Jr and heirs and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.
