85th Birthday 

John Rarick who resides with his daughter, Mrs. Lawrence Welsh, Hometown, is 
observing his 85th birthday anniversary today. Mr. Rarick is a native of Hecla. 
He has five children, Mrs. Luther Bittle, Hometown; Mrs. Albert Wallauer, Hazle St.; 
George Rarick, Greentown; Francis Rarick, Philadelphia, and Mrs. Welsh. He also has 
four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Mr. Rarick is in good health and is 
still able to work around the warehouse which is operated by his son-in-law.
