We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ The Evening Courier Tamaqua PA Friday, December 30, 1955 (five cents) Mother of Town Woman Died in Lehighton Mrs. Mary Marcin, Hauto, died Thursday morning in the Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital, Lehighton, where she had been a patient since December 24. Born in Lansford, a daughter of the late Stephen and Anna, nee Gumber, Koamar, she was a resident of Hauto most of her life. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, Nesquehoning, and the Rosary Society and Catholic Mothers' Society of the church. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Thomas Murphy, 226 Hunter St., Mrs. Mary Jacobs, at home, and Miss Celia Yanzsa, Palmerton, Michael Marcin, Nesquehoning; 11 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and two sisters, Mrs. John Hager, and Mrs. Stephen Pillar, both of Hauto.
