Mrs. Margaret (Lesko) Dvorscak, 605 E Blaine St., McAdoo, died late Tuesday
evening at her home, alter an illness of several months. Born in Kelayres, she
was a daughter of the late Stephen and Veronica (Bunsa) Lesko. She was a member
of St. Mary's Church of the Assumption, McAdoo, and the parish Rosary Society
and Sodality. Her husband, George, a former McAdoo school official and Slovak
leader, died Aug. 8, 1978. She also was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs.
Catherine Ohrin, and a brother, William Lesko. Surviving are 13 children: Mrs.
Rose Kunny, Yonkers, N.Y.; Margaret, at home; Mrs. John (Mary) Matsko,
Gilbertsville; Mrs. Robert (Elizabeth) Wagner, Bethlehem; Mrs. Joseph
(Catherine) Trella, Emmaus; Mrs. Gordon (Anna) Lassen, Baltimore, Md.; William,
Virginia; Mrs. Edward (Martha) Chippie, Smyrna, Del.; Mrs. George (Agnes)
Dzuranin and Mrs. James (Cecelia) Eisenhart, McAdoo; George, Allentown; Mrs.
Paul (Joan) Duffy, this city ; and Joseph, Sybertsville. Also surviving are 36
grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Joseph (Agnes)
Rubasky, McAdoo, and Mrs. Stephen (Julia) Gaidish, Walnutport; and several
nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Friday at 9 a.m. from the family
residence, 605 E. Blaine St., McAdoo, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at
9:30 in St. Mary's Church of the Assumption, McAdoo. Interment will be in the
parish cemetery. Friends may call today from 2 to 10 p.m. The Rev. Joseph
Martinkovic will recite the rosary today at 8 p.m.
