John E Zimmeman 



The funeral of John E Zimmerman, 77, of Pinegrove, R. D. 3 a former miner, who 

died Tuesday, in Pottsville Hospital, will be held Friday afternoon from the 

H L Snyder Funeral Home, Pinegrove. The Rev. John Youse will conduct services 

and burial will be made in the Lutheran Cemetery. 



He was a member of the Lutheran Church. 



His wife, the former Minnie Haas, died 30 years ago, and he is survived by four sons: 

Lynn, of Muir; John, Monroe and Thomas, all of Pinegrove, R. D.; three daughters, 

Mrs. Frank Boughter, Mrs Richard Hoy, and Mrs Charles White, all of Pinegrove, R. D.; 

four sisters, Mrs Mary Behm, Reading; Mrs William Zimmerman, Mrs. Charles Spancake 

and Mrs Minnie Lengle, all of Pinegrove; two brothers, Henry of Lebanon, and Samuel, Ravine; 

20 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
