The petition of Simon Bulnanosis, hereby filed respectfully shows: 1, my place of residence is 531 School Street, Minersville, Schuylkill County, PA 2, My occupation is Miner, 3, I was born in Patrehiem, Lithuania 4. I declared my intention to become a citizen of the U.S. on November 14, 1927 in the Common Pleas Court of Schuylkill County, at Pottsville, PA 5. I am married. The name of my wife is Catherine 6. We were married on October 1st, 1912 at Minersville, PA; She was born at Ziamathrinis, Lithuania, on ------1892; entered the U.S. at New York, NY on ------1911, for permanent residence therein, and now resides at Minersville, PA. I have 4 children, and the name, date and place of birth and place of residence of each of said children are as follows: Ella, Born Jan. 17, 1914, Alma, Born Dec. 28th, 1915, John, Born Dec. 13th, 1917; Alberta born Sept. 6, 1922. All children born and reside at Minersville, PA 7. My last foreign residence was Patrehiem, Lithuania, I emigrated to the US from Bremen, Germany. My lawful entry for permanent residence in the US was at New York, N.Y. under the name of Solimas Bulnanosis, on October 13, 1909 on the vessel Bremen. 8. I am able to speak English 9. I have resided continuously in the US for the term of five years at least immediately preceeding the date of this petition, to wit, since October 13, 1909 and in the County of Schuylkill this State continuously next preceeding the date of this petition, since October 14, 1909, being a residence within said county of at least six months next preceding the date of this petition. 10. I have heretofore made petition for citizenship: Number 6359, on May 10, 1922, at Pottsville, PA Common Pleas and such petition was denied by that Court for the following reasons and causes, to wit: PETITIONER EVADED DRAFT SERVICE BECAUSE OF ALIENAGE, and the cause of such denial has since been cured or removed.
