Deed of Property in Shenandoah Borough, Schuylkill Co., PA. 
Between grantor; Sarah Boner Bitler nee Jones of Allentown, PA and
grantee; Fenton & Annie Cooney of Shenandoah,  Schuylkill County, PA. 
Deed Book 380, page 265, recorded 25 October 1912.


        This Indenture, made the twenty-fifth day of October in the year of our
Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.  Between Sarah Bitler, widow,
of the City of Allentown, Pennsylvania, party of the first part and
Felton Cooney and Annie Cooney, his wife, both of the Borough of
Shenandoah, County of Schuylkill and State of Pennsylvania, parties of
the second part.
        Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part , for and in
consideration of the sum of twenty-five hundred Dollars lawful money of
the United States of America, well and truly paid by the said parties of
the second part to the said party of the first part, at and before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released,
conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm, unto the said parties of
the second part, their Heirs and Assigns.
        All those certain fractional parts or portions of two Lots or pieces of
ground situate on the West side of North West Street, in the Borough of
Shenandoah, County of Schuylkill and State of Pennsylvania.  Containing
in front or width on said North West Street Thirty (30) feet more or
less, beginning at a point Fourteen (14) feet Six (6) inches North of
the North west corner of Strawberry Alley and Est Street, and running
North from said beginning point for a distance of Thirty (30) feet more
or less parallel with said West Street; thence Westward for a distance
of Forty-five (45) feet, thence Southward for a distance of Thirty (30)
feet more or less, thence eastward Forty-five (45) feet to the place of
beginning and containing in front or width on said West Street Thirty
(30) feet more or less and extending at right angles therewith in length
or depth Forty-five (45) feet, bounded and described as follows:-
        On the east by North West Street, on the North by the Northern parts or
portions of Lot No. (11) and twelve (12) in Block 107, on the map or
plan of said Borough of Shenandoah, as made by P. W. Shaefer, Esq., of
Pottsville, Penna., in May 1859; on the West by the Western part or
portion of said Lot No. Twelve (12) of Block No. 107, and on the South
by the Southern parts or portions of said Lots No. eleven (11) and
twelve (12) of said block No. 107.
        It being the same premises, the title to which by sundry mense,
conveyances and assurances in law finelly became vested in Sarah Bitler,
party hereto, by virtue of a Sheriff's Deed from P. J. Murphy, Sheriff
of the County of Schuylkill to said Sarah Bitler, dated the 20th day of
November, 1911, and recorded in the Office for the recording of Deeds
etc., in and for the County of Schuylkill in Deed Book No. 336 Page 179.
