I was born in Zmigrod Stary, Austria on the 7th day of February , 1884, now reside at New Boston, Pennsylvania. I emigrated to the United States of America from Bremen, Germany on the vessel (UNKNOWN). My last foreign residence was Zmigrod Stary, Austria. It is my bona fide intention to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty and particularly to Francis Joseph Emperor of Austria & Apostolio King of Hungry, f whom I am now a subject. I arrived at the port of Baltimore in the State of Maryland on or about the 1st day of March 1905; I am not an anarchist, I am not a polygamist nor a believer in the practice of polygamy; and it is my intention , in good faith, to become a citizen of the United States of America and to permanently reside therein SO HELP ME GOD Witness to mark: Raynold A. O. box 64, Morea 2nd My occupation is Miner 3rd I was born on the 7th day of February, 1884 at Zmigrod Stary, Austria 4th I emigrated to the U.S. from Bremen, Germany on or about the 26th day of February 5 1905 and arrived in the U.S. at the Port of Baltimore, Maryland on the 1st day of March 1905 on the vessel (Unknown) 5th I declared my intention o become a citizen of the U. S. on the 22 day of May 1913, at Pottsville, Pennsylvania, in the Common Pleas Court of Schuylkill County. 6th I am married. My wife’s name is Amela Krocks Burda. She was born in Waluka, Austria and now resides at Morea. I have 3 children, and the name, date and place of birth and place of residence of each of said children is as follows: Rose born 23rd day of June 1909 at new Boston, PA; Mary born 24th day of December 1911 at new Boston, PA Anna born the 6th day of April 1913 at Mahanoy City, PA All now reside at Morea, Pennsylvania I have resided continuously in the U.S. for the term of five years at least immediately preceding the date of this petition, to wit, since the 1st day of March 1905 and in the State of Pennsylvania continuously next preceding the date o this petition since the 2nd day of March 1905, being a residence within this State of at least one year next preceding the date of this petition.
