William Thomas
        to
Sarah Stephens
Now this 13th day of December A. D. 1886 appeared Mr. William Thomas and
applied for a license for the marriage of Mr. himself of the Boro of
Shenandoah, County of Schuylkill, State of PA aged 30 years 6 months and 9
days and Sarah Stephens of the Boro of Shenandoah, County of Schuylkill
State of Pennsylvania, aged 32 years.  
      by the Clerk of the Orphans' Court aforesaid having inquired upon
oath of the said applicant relative to         contemplated marriage, and
it appearing that there is no legal impediment thereto, a marriage
         issued authorizing any Minister of the gospel, Justice of the
Peace, or other person authorized to perform marriages to join said William
Thoams and Sarah Sephens    in the holy state of matrimony.
Now this 4t day of January 18887, there ws received and filed their
appliationas folows to wit:
that On the 20thday of Dec. 1887 in the boro of Shenandoah Mr. Wm. Thomas
and Miss Sarah Stephens were by me united in marriage in accordance with
license issued by the Orphan's Court of Schuylkill County, PA numbered 1274.
