     I, Rebecca E. Holt of the town of Pottsville, being of sound mind do give 
and bequeath to my sons Jacob M. and Leigh T. Holt my house in Harrison St. to 
be divided equally.  In case of Jacobs death, I desire that his share in the 
property be given to his children.
     If it should be to their interest to sell this property at any time they 
can do so.
     I have at present 240 dollars in gold coin in a box in the Schuylkill 
Trust Bank which I give to my son Leigh T. Holt after deducting my funeral 
expenses.
