Jones, Deceased (Will Book 14, page 308, Schuylkill County Register of Wills, signed 30 October 1905, died 9 November 1905, probated 16 Jan. 1906) This is the last Will and Testament of me Edmund P. Jones of Lanigan in the County of Schuylkill in the State of Pennsylvania. I give devise and bequeath all real and personal estate of which I shall be possessed or entitled at the time of my disease (sic) unto my wife, Rhoda P. Jones. My wife is to receive the sum of Eight Dollars per month as long as the money will last and if any money will be left at her death it will be equally divided between my children. The first money to be payed after my disease (sic) is my funeral expenses. My watch I give to my son Daniel Jones. My Odd Fellows Badges I give my son Edmund Jones and the framed Pictures. The dishes of my first wife I give to my eldest daughter Mrs. Bittler. After the disease (sic) of my wife all the furniture is to be given to my son Daniel Jones. My daughter Sarah and my daughter Maggie Pritchard are to divide the dishes if they see fit between themselves. The picture containing the photo of my son William I give to Him and Family Bible. I appoint Daniel Evans, Maple Hill, Sole Executor of this my last will and revoke all previous wills by me set me hand this day 30th of Oct. 1905. Signed by the said Edmund P. Jones X my mark.
