All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/pafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Diane Racine racinegenealogy@msn.com January 31, 2010, 2:49 pm Source: Copy Of Will From Schuylkill County Courthouse Book Of Wills Vol 4 P 263 Written: June 5, 1875 Recorded: June 19, 1875 I,William Koch of the Borough of Schuylkill Haven, County of Schuylkil and State of PA, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament, therby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and as such estate it hath pleased God .....I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Lydia Koch forever all my property, real personal and mixed of what nature or kind soever, and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death and after her decease whatsoever remain shall be equally divided among my children, share and share alike. And I do nominate constitute and appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I William Koch, the testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this fifth day of June AD 1875. Witnessed by John Rudy and B.F. Ketner Additional Comments: There is a statement following by the County Register, BF Crawshaw that all witnesses heard William Koch, the testator, saw and heard him sign his last will and testament and that at the time he was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief.
