	    Last Will And Testament of Emanuel Templin Deceased


   I, Emanuel Templin, of Pottsville in the County of  Schuylkill and State of 
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind , memory and understanding, do make and publish this
my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me  at 
any time heretofore made.

	And first, I direct that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with 
my estate and situation in life and that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

	As to such estate as it has pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same
as follows, vis:
		Item- I give and bequeath unto my son William E. Templin, my gold watch 
and chain.
     		Item- I direct that my executors hereinafter named, shall provide suitable 
markers for burial lot and graves in cenetery for my deceased wife, and son, also for 
myself, payment for which shall be made out of any monies that my executors shall 
receive after my decease.

       	Item- I further direct, that, after the above items have been completed, 
all other belongings, and moneys shall be divided equally, share and share alike, among 
my six children, viz Asher S. Templin, William E. Templin, George W. Templin, Carrie 
Templin Minnie Reese, wife of Benjamin Reese, and Bertha East, Wife of Edaward East.

	And I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Asher S. Templin and Wm. E. Templin 
Executors of this , my last will and testament.
	In witness whereof, I Emanuel Templin the Testator, have to this, my will, 
written on one sheet of paper, set by my hand and seal, this 8th day of March A.D. One 
thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

	Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Emanuel Templin as and 
for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed 
our names at his request as witnessses thereto, in the presence of the said Testator, 
and of each other.

COUNTY OF SCHUYLKILL(
	Before me Frank C. Ball, Register for the probate of wills and granting letters 
for the administration in and for said county, personally appeared Isaac A. Loeb and 
Edward M. Freiler, subscribing witnesses to the above and forgoing instument of writing 
purporting to be the last will and testament of Emanuel Templin, late of the city of 
Pottsville, in said county deceased, who being by me duly sworn according to law, did 
depose and  say they where present and did see the testator Emanuel Templin now 
deceased, sign. seal, and heard him publish, pronounce and declare the above and 
forgoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, and  at the time 
of the doing thereof the said Emanuel Templin, was of sound mind, memory and 
understanding, to the best of our knowledge and belief.

	You and each of you do swear that as executors of the last will and testament of
 Emanuel Templin, deceased, you will well and truly administer the goods and chattels, 
rights and credits of said deceased, according to law, and also will diligently and 
faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law regarding to 
inheritance tax,            Wm. S. Templin, Co-executer renounced.
