We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. _________________________________________________________________ I, Margaret Walters of the Borough of Tamaqua, in the County of Schuylkill and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind , memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And first I direct that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life and that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after I decease. As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows: Item:- I give , devise and bequeath unto my son Charles Walters all my household furniture contained in my dwelling house on Cherry Street, in Tamaqua, said County, absolutley and to his heirs and assigns. Item:-As to all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal,and mixed of whatever nature or kind or wheresoever situate at the time of my decease I give , devise and bequeath unto my eleven (11) children , Benjamin Walters, Mary Jacobs, Margaret Heller, George Walters, John Walters, Franklin Walters, Thomas Walters, William Walters, Oliver Walters, Jacob Walters and Charles Walters, in equal shares , share and share alike, absolutely, as to their heirs and assigns. And I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint- Benjamin Walters - Executor of this my last will and testament, In witness Whereof, I Margaret Walters the testator, have to rhis, my will, written on one sheet of paper, set by hand and seal, this 31st day of December, A.D., One thousand, nine hundred and thirteen(1913) Margaret Walters Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Margaret Walters as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us, who have hereinto subscribed our names at her request as witnesses thereto, in the presence of the said Testator, and of each other.
