"This is to Certify that George BRANT of Stoney Creek Tp., Somerset Co., in the 
State of Pennsylvania and Esabell LANDIS of Brothers Valley of Somerset County 
in the State of Pennsylvania Were Joined Together in Holy Matrimony by me, on 
the tenth day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand, Eight Hundred and 
Sixty Nine [Apr 10th 1869]. 
 
Parents - George BRANT was born May 11th 1817; Elizabeth ROSS first wife of Geo. 
BRANT was born July 12th 1815; Isabella LANDIS maiden name Isabella BERKEY 
second wife of Geo. BRANT was born Oct 25th 1834. 
 
Children - Ephraim BRANT was born Apr 7th 1837; Sarah LANDIS was born Jun 16th 
1855; Ellen N. LANDIS was born Sept 18th 1857; Uriah J. LANDIS was born Jan 30th 
1859; William BRANT was born Oct 18th 1869;  John E. BRANT was born Apr 19th 
1871."
