The cemetery is in Quemahoning Township. Hooversville is right on the border of Shade and Quemahoning Townships. Cemetery Location: Situated at Hooversville Reformed Church (built in 1849). Quemahoning Township GPS: 40.145619 -78.914683 Note: WPA ~1934 reported 57 unmarked or unreadable stones (native, wooden). Of these, 28 were adult per WPA Data updated in 2014 from WPA 1930s records. Includes all records through 2014. The church has a window above the door saying "ST. PAUL'S REFORMED CHURCH 1849 1929". The Hooversville Historical Society newsletter called it the Lutheran and German Reform Church of Hooversville. The church became inactive in 1935. The cemetery was turned over to the Borough of Hooversville. A layout of the plots from the Borough office has the inscription: "PLEASANTDALE CEMETERY OR REFORMED CEMETERY Property of Hooversville Borough".
