    Additional Information: The following dates are taken from the records of 
                            the Wellersburg Charge of the Reformed Church 
                            which in earlier times included the congregation known as 
                            "Mulls" later it was known as the Bridegum Church, 
                            and now it has resolved itself into the Mt Lebanan Congregation.
