Uhl Assigners of George G. Albright Henry T Weld Assumpsit Somerset County A J Colborn being duly sworn according to law says that he and John H Uhl as assignees of George G Albright on the 6th day of April AD 1859 sold to the Deft in the above action at public sale in the town of Willensburg (may be Wellersburg) a tract of land Situate in Southhampton Township as the propertu of the said Albright for the sum of $1650. Twenty percent of which was to be paid on day of sale and the balance in two equal payments in six and nine months thereafter. They also on the day & place aforesaid sold to the said Weld by public autony 14 acres of Rye in the ground for the sum of $3.50 per acre making in all $49.00 whole was to be paid on day of sale. The Jalfts? have issued a Foreign Attachments to inforce the payment of the price of the rye $49.00 and the twenty percent of the price of the farm $330.00 in al $379.00. A. J.
