the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company being the same two lots of ground 
conveyed to Harry Conaway by Harvey Kurtz Jr. and his wf, Zetta Kurtz by their 
deed dated the 18 Aug 1921 and recorded at Somerset, PA in Deed Book Vol. 254 
Page 146.
