All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/somerset/ ________________________________________________ Deed Original Document Augustus Kerl & Wife to Henry Meyers This Indenture Made the nineteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight beween Augustus Kerl of the township of Brothersvalley County of Somerset and State of Pensylvania and Johanne his wife of the one part and Henry Meyers of the Borough of Berlin county and State aforesaid of the second part, witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and twenty five Dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfoeffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grat, bargain, sell, alien, enfoeff, release, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second partties heirs and assigns, All the following described piece or parcel of land situate in the township of Brothersvalley bounded as follows to Wit Beginning at a post Corner of lot of Frederick Swope No 29 thence by the same north sixty two degrees east twenty four perches to the corner of Samuel Philson and thence by lots of Henry Fisher No 26 and Abm. B. Horners No 32 north thirty five degrees west thirty perches to the road thus by the same south sixty two degrees West twenty four perches to the public road thence by the same South thirty five degrees east thirty perches the place of Beginning.
