"Waisencourt" (Orphan's Court) of Somerset County
According to the rules of Orphans' Court of Somerset County - offering for
sale the following section of land in Somerset County, PA on Friday, 30 Mar
1832

Land is situated near the following persons who own a piece of land in
Stonycreek Tp Somerset Co. It borders on the land of John Wagler, Tobias
Musser, John Croner and Jacob Stoner containing 95 acres more or less, 50
acres than are clear, 10 acres in meadow, with a young orchard, a cabin
house and cabin barn of the deceased Jonathan Weller. Tobias Musser,
