Milford Twp. Somerset County, Pa.
Written: April 27, 1833
Recorded: May 8, 1833

Before me the two suscribing Justice of the peace in and for the said County 
personally cause Robert Nickolson a disinterested witness. The being duly sworn, 
according to the law, did despose and say. That the above described lands was 
first improved in the spring of the year one thousand and two. Stands an actual 
personal resident-settlement which was then commercial has been continued to the 
present time and that the said Henry Bodyfield is in possession there of. Sworn to 
subscribed 27th April Before us John McMillen Hugh Connelly
