Situated in Township adjoining lands of Robert Nicholson,John Weimer and others, including an actual resident, and improvement. Samuel Workman Esq. Secretary of the land office. Before me the Subscribing two of the justice of the peace for the said County personally came Robert Nicholson, a disinterested witness, who being duly sworn according to law did depose and say, that the above described tract of land was first improved in the spring of the year, One Thousand and Two, and an actual personal resident--Settlement which was then commenced has been continued up to the present time, and that the said Henry Bodyfield is now in actual possession there of Sworn to Subscribe 27 th of April A.D. 1833 Before us John M.
