* Served Aug. 22, 1862 - June 3, 1864 - 21 month 11 days 
* Wounded at the Wilderness on May 5, 1864 and died on June 3, 1864 at 
Washington, D. C. 
* Promoted to Corporal Sept. 1, 1863
