A. * Eyes - Brown; Hair - Dark; Complexion - Dark; Height - 5' 10" * Occupation at enrollment - Farmer * He was in the following battles: Chancelorsville, Gettysburg, Wilderness and Laurel Ridge * Dec. 8, 1862 he has the measles * Dec. 15, 1862 he is very sick, do not think he will live long and we can't get him to a hospital. * Returned to company Dec. 25, 1862, although not yet fit for duty.
