Colonel Cummins 
* Enrolled Aug. 15, 1862 to serve 3 years or the duration in Stoystown, Pa 
* Mustered in Aug. 27, 1862 in Harrisburg, Pa 
* Discharged June 8, 1863 at Harewood Hospital by reason of surgeon's 
certificate of disability.

* Height - 5'4 1/2"; Hair - Light; Complexion - Light; Eyes - Blue
