* Enlisted July 11, 1860 at age 34 for 5 years service 
* Occupation at enlistment - Soldier 
* Height - 5' 9", Eyes - Blue, Hair - Light, Complexion - Ruddy 
* Discharged July 11, 1865 by reason of expiration of term of service 
at Cumberland, Md.
