* Died Apr. 21, 1915 in Columbus, Ohio 
* Co. L 6th Regiment W. Va. Infantry 
* Mustered in Oct. 14, 1861 at age 28 
* Mustered out Nov. 12, 1864 in New Creek, W. Va. 
* Height - 5' 5"; Hair - Sandy; Complexion - Light; Eyes - Hazel 
* Occupation at enlistment - Farmer 
* Applied for pension at age 58 for lameness of left leg, Rheumatism, Lumbago 
disability on right side and disease of the eyes 
* Application was turned down 
* Applied again and was granted #30 per month to commence on May 20, 1912 
* Invalid Pension: Applied Aug. 3, 1889 and Feb. 27, 1907, Application #720747,
