* Private Co. C 52nd Regiment Pa. Infantry 
* Drafted at Chambersburg, Pa. 
* Mustered in Sept. 26, 1864 at age 37 as Private in Chambersburg, Pa. 
* Discharged June 24, 1865 by General Order 
* Served Sept. 26, 1864 - June 24, 1865 - 8 month 29 days 
* Disability - Heart trouble 
* Invalid Pension: Applied June 9, 1879, Application #290882, Certificate 
#380280; Widow Pension: Application #533229, Certificate #389341
* In Jan. 1888 Peter was placed on the pension list for $2 per month since July 
1865.
