* Mustered in Sept. 3, 1864 in Pittsburgh Pa by Lt. Williams for 1 year 
* Died May 20, 1865 in General Hospital at Alexandria, Va. 
* Served Sept. 3, 1864 - May 30, 1865 - 8 month 27 days 
* Died of disease
