* Served Sept. 22, 1864 - June 13, 1865 - 8 month 22 days 
* Pension application: Certificate #468,617 rate $10; Did not receive justice, 
examined at Cumberland, Md.; Disease of eyes and Heart Disease, getting worse 
and should have $18 or $20 per month, Wishes to be examined at Somerset, Pa.; 
Declaration for increase on account of increased disability from disease of 
Heart and Eyes
