* Enrolled Sept. 10, 1864 at age 38 in Pittsburg, Pa to serve 1 year or the 
duration 
* Mustered in Sept. 10, 1864 in Pittsburg, Pa 
* Discharged July 1, 1865 at West Philadelphia by reason of Surgeon's 
Certificate of Disability 
* Age 38 
* Height - 5'5 1/2 "; Hair - Dark; Complexion - Dark; Eyes - Blue 
* Occupation - Wagon maker

* Impaired use of right arm caused by gunshot wound received in action at
