Pa. * Died June 7, 1915 in Ferndale, Pa. * Private Co. K 163rd Regiment 18th Pa. Cavalry * Enrolled Oct. 26, 1862 at age 32 in Johnstown, Pa. * Mustered in Oct. 29, 1862 * Mustered out Oct. 31, 1865 from Co. H 3rd Provisional Cavalry * Dec. 19, 1863 he was thrown from his horse at Brandy Station, breaking his shoulder.
