* Discharged Nov. 2, 1864 by reason of expiration of term of service 
* Served Oct. 17, 1861 - Nov. 2, 1864 - 36 month 15 days 
* Invalid Pension: Applied July 15, 1865, Application #77843, Certificate #52974 
* Wounded in the head at Gettysburg also wounded at Mine Run.
