* Mustered in Aug. 25, 1862 in Harrisburg, Pa. 
* Transferred to V. R. C. Jan. 1, 1865 by order of War Dept.  
* Discharged July 5, 1865 at Harrisburg, Pa. by reason of G. O. #116 dated A. G. 
O. June ( 16 ? of 17 ? ), 1865 
* Age 27 
* Height - 6'1"; Hair - Dark; Complexion - Dark; Eyes - Black 
* Occupation - Teacher 
* Paid July 8, 1865 
* Transferred to  Captain Thomas C. Douglas' Co. K 16th Regiment Veteran
