* Deserted Aug. 9, 1862
* Company muster roll dated Oct. 31, 1861 lists him as absent without leave 
* Company muster roll dated Dec. 31, 1861 lists him as absent without leave 12 
days in December from 4th - 16th
* Company muster roll dated Feb. 28, 1862 lists him as deserted 
* Company muster roll dated Apr. 30, 1862 lists him as absent twenty two days in 
March & April without leave
