* Died June 25, 1925 in Dixon, Lee Co. Illinois 
* Private Co. E 11th Regiment Indiana Cavalry 
*Enlisted Dec. 5, 1863 
* Discharged Sept. 19, 1865 in Indianapolis, Indiana 
* Served until the end of the war. Brother of John in the same company. 
* Invalid Pension: Applied Jan. 10, 1891 and Feb. 16, 1909, Application 
#1234980, Certificate #965627
