* Discharged May 30, 1865 by Special Order 
* Served Sept. 2, 1864 - June 13, 1865 - 10 month 11 days 
* Pension application: Piles and Rheumatism; #1,022,248; Certificate #756,376 
dated Apr. 22, 1892. $8 per month from May 15, 1891 for Rheumatism and Disease 
of Rectum; Oct. 11, 1898, Declaration for increase for old disability and Heart 
trouble and dizziness resultant. Believes he ought to have $12 per month.
