* Mustered in Oct. 29, 1862 in Harrisburg, Pa for 3 years 
* Transferred to Co. I 191st Regiment Pa. Infantry June 1, 1864 
* Captured and died at Salisbury, North Carolina June 21, 1865 
* Died of disease
