* Mustered in Aug. 25, 1862 at Harrisburg, Pa. by Lieutenant Brayton, U. S. A. 
* Eyes - Gray; Hair - Light; Complexion - Light; Height - 5'  8"  
* Occupation at enrollment - Shoemaker 
* He was in the following battles: Fredericksburg; Chancelorsville and 
Gettysburg.
